Emergencies

For calls received after 10am we cannot guarantee an appointment the same day, although it may still be possible. As our registered patients will receive priority, we cannot guarantee to see unregistered patients within 24 hours, although it may be possible. Our reserved emergency appointment times are late morning, we cannot offer late afternoon emergency appointments.

Outside of normal surgery hours, we are part of a local rota in South Nottingham. Instructions on how to access the emergency service are on our practice answer phone, or for registered private and Denplan patients by calling 01845 469 299. The out of hours emergency service for unregistered and NHS patients is via NHS Direct on 0845 603 1407.

For private fee paying patients there is a charge of £90 for an out of hours appointment plus any treatment fees. For Denplan patients there is a charge from £140, however Denplan patients with supplementary insurance cover will be able to claim this back

If the practice is closed, we have an out of hours emergency service available for our Denplan and private registered patients. Please call the practice on 0115 984 8024 Where you can hear details of how to contact the dentist on call. This service should only be used for acute and severe dental emergencies.
